Here at ShadowlandShop, most of our items are made to order. While there are some exceptions, most orders are non refundable as we are creating a hand made, specialty item just for you.
Please note that as our items are made to order, they can take longer than when you order from a big company like Amazon.
We do offer exchanges for some items that may not fit correctly, or in some cases if the wrong color was ordered by mistake.
